After the design and technical drawings are determined, the mold is made of steel, installed in the blanking machine, and the blank is punched out of the cellulose acetate sheet. The front end of the blank frame is completed in a series of operations. The frame is then smoothed by two different grinders to remove rough edges.

The temples are also stamped from sheet metal. The temples may be flat, with angular edges or round, depending on the frame style. The narrow steel band called the core wire is also heated. When the proper temperature is reached, insert the core wire into the center of the softened temple.

After the frames and temples are made separately, we need to do some fine work. There will be some small decorative parts, hinges, nose bridge and other small parts on the glasses. Every small part is carefully crafted by machine, welding and hand.

All welding processes (bridge welding, temple welding, lock welding, rim welding, etc.) are my stable molds, which allows us to provide customers with precise frames. Use Japanese tin to ensure welding quality.

The glasses will be polished in a drum filled with diamond-shaped wood blocks, fine sand, polishing powder and a little grease for 4-5 days. Cotton wheels, wool wheels, white wax, purple wax, and yellow wax are all polishing tools and materials of different processes. We polish the rough surface of the frame and temples to be smooth and round without scratches. After a few links, the glasses will slowly show a jewel-like luster.
